Terms And Conditions

Before using our service, please read our Terms and Conditions. In case you do not agree with them, you must cease using our service. We reserve the right to change these terms and our privacy statement at any time and for any reason. Limitations on Use

  1. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate any applicable laws.

  • (c) regardless of your motivations or intent, attempt to probe, scan, test, or expose the Service's vulnerability, or to circumvent any security or authentication procedures
  • (d) Make an effort to harm, disrupt, or tamper with the Service for any user, processor, host, or network, including by disseminating a virus, worm, or Trojan horse.
  • (e) make an effort to hide the source of any message or transmission you submit to or via the Service, including by forging headers or otherwise tampering with identifiers.
  • (f) pose as someone else, claim to represent someone else, or otherwise impersonate another person or thing.
  • (g) intercept any service-related system data, personal data, or other data.
  • (h) delete any proprietary labels or notices on the Content or other Service components.

Limited License to Content

  1. The Company hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your full and continued compliance with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any applicable Supplemental Terms (including, without limitation, payment of any applicable fees, including fees for Content you license). 

You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Content as a result of this agreement. When referring to Content (including any Content the Company makes accessible for free), words like "purchase" or "sale" (and similar expressions, including all tenses) refer to the grant to you of a restricted license as defined above.

  1. We reserve the right to impose a limit on the variety of internet-enabled devices that are compatible with one another (collectively, "Devices," including but not limited to media players, computers, smartphones, tablets, and other similar devices), to which you are permitted to download and store cached content. 

All of the conditions of this Agreement apply to such content, which is considered Content for the purposes of this Agreement and is only made available to you for your own private, noncommercial use.

Miscellaneous

1. Unwanted Materials

The Company does not accept unsolicited pitches, stories, ideas, or materials for allmanhwa.com Content and is not liable if any of its Content in any media resembles materials or ideas sent to the Company.

2. Severability

You and the Company agree that if any part of these Conditions of Use or the Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in component by any court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be ineffective as to such jurisdiction only to the extent of such determination of invalidity or invalidation without influencing the valid or enforceable thereof in any other way or jurisdiction, and without causing the remaining provisions.

3. Assignment

You are not permitted to transfer or assign these Terms of Service or any rights or licenses granted herein; however, the Company may freely transfer or assign these Terms of Service without limitation.

4. Complete consent

These Terms of Service, any supplemental policies, and any files expressly fully integrated by reference herein (along with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and overtake all prior agreements, whether in writing, oral, or written, or arising from course of dealing, usage, policy, or practice between you and us with respect to the Service.

5. No Waiver

The Company's failure to exercise any right or obligation provided for in these Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a subsequent or continuing waiver of such right or provision or any other term.

6. Modification

You are responsible for checking these Terms of Service periodically for changes because the Company maintains the right to modify them at any time but without prior notice. Any modification to these Terms of Service will be effective immediately, and by using the Service after such a modification, you agree to and accept its updated terms.
